“I am stronger than fear.”

Malala Yousafzai

I help people talk about hard things.

I provide person-centered neurodivergent (ND) affirming therapy to tweens, teens, adults - I support folks in their work of discovering, accepting, respecting (and sometimes growing fond of) their differences.

Many of the people I work with have survived trauma - the "Big T" stuff and the death-by-a-thousand-paper-cuts stuff. I provide evidenced-based trauma and anxiety treatments adapted for neurodivergence — healing modalities that work to evolve and transform long-expired ways of coping that maintain traumatic stress.

It takes support to confront fear, difficult memories and change. I offer the folks I work with an openhearted and nonjudgmental, direct yet caring, warm yet determined style.

While I specialize in treating the impacts of trauma, much of my practice supports folks as they find and cultivate meaning, embrace neurodiversity and deepen relationships with the people, animals and nature they care about most.

My practice is

🌈 LGBTQ+ centered & affirming

🌈♾ Neurodivergence-informed, centered & affirming

❤️‍🩹 Trauma-informed & informed about trauma

Anti-racist & anti-capitalist centered
